The Good Brew at one point simply a silly idea. A what it? It started as a thought that led to ambitious daydreaming in which I created a whole mental vision board. From quality coffee to an extensive menu; from bright to mute colored drinks; from the look of the cart to the aesthetic of the menu; every single detail was imagined. The intriguing thought led me down many internet rabbit holes, and much scrolling through online stores. Little did I know that what I believed was a teaser to my dreams, was the start of the barebone plans.  One thing led to a prayer for a sign from God, and there before me I had my first booking before I even built my cart. The countdown was on, I had three weeks to gather funding, buy everything, build the cart, and test it out. With everything settling down right before my first wedding, what started as a silly idea was now a cart standing in front of a long line serving a whole menu of beverages.
